1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the gat99 platform and its users. gat99 provides a safe, transparent and entertaining online gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" means the gat99 website, mobile site and all related services.
• "User" or "Player" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means each user's personal registered profile.
• "Balance" means the amount of real money currently held in an account.
• "Bonus Balance" means the amount received through promotions or offers, which is governed by separate rules.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play on gat99. Use of this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. If an attempt by a minor to open an account is detected, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Required information includes:

• Correct date of birth
• A working mobile number and email address
• Residential address

gat99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account at any time if false information is provided. Additional documents may be requested for identity verification.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Opening more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party. gat99 will never ask for your password by email or message. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed, or whenever gat99 considers it necessary. The following documents may be required:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. The account may be temporarily suspended if the required documents are not submitted.

3.3 Closing an Account

You may request permanent or temporary closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on gat99 are currently accepted via: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). There is no maximum deposit limit, however verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made or which has been verified.

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification (KYC) has not been completed
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• A suspicious transaction is under investigation
• There are information discrepancies on the account

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gat99 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Eligibility conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw from the bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus you must complete ৳25,000 in total wagers.

• Specific games and bet types apply toward wagering calculations.
• Bets on certain games may contribute differently to the wagering quota.
• Wagering must be completed within a set period from the date the bonus is awarded.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The gat99 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

A player's VIP tier is determined and upgraded based on their activity and contributions. Cashback is generally paid at the start of each week.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonus benefits — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using betting strategies to exploit the bonus system, or collectively farming bonuses — is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, bonuses may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6. Gameplay and Betting

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All game outcomes on the gat99 platform are governed by neutral and verifiable technology. We work with SSL encryption and trusted software providers to ensure fair play.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server disruption, gat99 will investigate and make a decision. The right to retrospectively void any winnings paid on erroneous results is reserved.

6.3 Sports Betting

Separate rules apply in the sports betting section regarding bet amounts, markets and odds, which are clearly stated on the betting slip. Bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA) and other sports are covered under this policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gat99 platform:

• Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering
• Playing using software bots, scripts or automated systems
• Operating multiple accounts
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Harassing behaviour toward other players or staff
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Using a false identity or false information

If any of the above activities are detected, gat99 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance. Information may be provided to the relevant authorities if necessary.
